This fascination is an important factor in Alice’s interest in international corporate law. Due to, among others, her versatile mentality and fluency in several languages (she is of Chinese origin), she is often engaged by companies that want to conquer a section of the enormous Chinese market at a very early stage. Alice has developed into an expert in the field of “corporate law”, both in China and in the United States of America.

By combining years of experience with her knowledge of Chinese trade, she is able to offer a wide range of legal services, from assisting in the incorporation of various types of firm in China to providing advice on the simple and complex commercial issues that international companies face every day. Alice regularly visits China, which keeps her informed of the changes in the laws and regulations of the country. In addition, she is able to provide advice on the wide range of legal aspects of investments from China to Europe and the United States. Her own comment on this: “I am lucky to have ended up in a position in which I am able to act as a bridge builder between the East and the West. This would not have been possible if I had not grown up in two vastly different cultures, enabling me to make use of the best of both worlds”.
