CIVIL LAW GENERAL

The civil department, which consists of Joan Du Bois, Anneliek Hendriks, Catelijne Vilé and Alice Hsu, is led by Richard Korver.

Civil cases are cases that usually involve a conflict between two citizens, a citizen and a company or companies amongst themselves.

The civil cases are handled both for payment and – in some cases – as assigned lawyer (pro bono).
  
In paying cases, we usually work on the basis of a prearranged hourly rate. In some cases, a fixed-price agreement or a result-related payment can be arranged. Feel free to inquire after the possibilities. For entrepreneurs, the costs are obviously tax-deductible.
